Caramel ‘Signature’ Latte

Ingredients:
28ml DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce
200ml Cold milk
Espresso shot
Method:
1. Add 28ml (1oz) of DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce to 200ml (7oz) of cold milk in
a stainless steel jug.
2. Place the steam wand into the centre of the mix and heat gently until the temperature
reaches 90C or until the surface begins to roll. Pour over a single/double shot
of fresh espresso, drizzle with more DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce and serve.
