This starter combines a traditional favourite with a tangy cranberry salsa and can be served as an individual dish or combined as part of a sharing platter.

Ingredients

  • 454g Goldensheaf Standard Batter
  • Margetts Cranberry Salsa
  • 16 chicken fillets
  • Salad to garnish
  • Seasoning
  • ½ - ¾ ltr cold water

Method

  1. Mix the batter and refrigerate.
  2. Season the chicken fillets.
  3. Batter the fillets and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Serve with Cranberry Salsa and garnish.
