Café culture is big business. Especially here in the UK, where we have the most developed café industry in Europe.
As the demand for ‘speciality’ drinks continues to grow, there’s huge opportunity for independent cafés to cash in on this major trend (especially considering every major high street coffee chain is doing the same).
