Gerard Murphy

Gerard Murphy has been with Kerry for many years, and is a Master of the Craft Guild
of Chefs with experience ranging from chef positions through purchasing and across
food and menu development. Specialising in French, Italian and Continental Cuisine,
Gerard has also studied Thai cooking and this wide range of training and experience
means that he is never short of new menu and recipe ideas to try out.
Adrian Coulter
Business Development Chefs
Adrian Coulter has over 20 years experience as a chef in a variety of restaurants,
including the two Michelin starred Le Gavroche and The Box Tree. He has held several
positions at Kerry Foodservice and has been involved in the development of ready
meals, sandwiches and fillings and sous vide products before turning
his experience to his current position of Product Development Manager where he is
responsible for the development of all food and ingredient products.
